Spearheaded by Roselyn Sánchez from Fantasy Island and husband turned-business partner Eric Winter, the power couple are working with Fox to develop the network's newest comedy. Through their Two For The Road Entertainment company and Aaron Kaplan's Kapital Entertainment, Sánchez and Winter are releasing a new multi-camera comedy, El Patio. Here's what we know so far!

Penned by Danny Fernandez, the legendary writer behind iCarly, Fernandez met Sánchez on the set of the ABC series Grand Hotel - and the rest is now history! "El Patio follows a group of mostly Latin neighbors of all ages, races, and walks of life, who welcome a new neighbor, Gabriel Suarez, into their small Miami apartment building," according to Deadline, who first broke the news. "Gabriel, a Mexican-American from Texas, always knew that life in Miami would be different, but he never expected that his neighbors' cultural differences would be an almost-constant source of conflict and comedy." Instead of being in front of the cameras, The Fantasy Island star will serve as executive producer on the show.

As soon as the news broke, Sánchez immediately took to her social media to share with her fans what she and her husband have been cooking up! "Que felicidad," she wrote. "Ask me how happy I am right now??!! Well… beyond. Honored to continue and expand my relationship with my familia at [Fox]. [Danny] LET'S GO!!!! Adore you… time to shine papi… [Eric] building with you is a dream." Sánchez and Winter truly are couple goals!

In a recent episode of the couple's podcast, He Said, Ella Dijo, the couple opened up about how their opposite personalities have made their relationship work for them-both professionally and romantically. "We're like opposites and everybody, nobody understands how we — with now 17 years together, two kids later — people always go, 'How the heck do you guys make it work? Because you guys disagree on everything,'" Sánchez shared. "But it's funny, you know? We do it with respect, we do it with honesty." We love to hear it! The popularity of the couple's podcasts the past two years all comes down to their willingness to be totally open with each other and their listeners. The podcast host describes it as a "therapy session for all," so make sure to take a listen! And stay tuned for more updates on their upcoming comedy!
