It's no wonder the Bronx Zoo has been around for over a century. With over 2 million guests per year, people love America's largest metropolitan zoo. Unfortunately, zoo goers were left with the shock of their life this past weekend after a near fatal encounter.

On Saturday, the 28th of October, one Brooklyn woman's life flashed before her eyes...and Instagram. Myah Autry, 32, was enjoying a day at the zoo when she decided to climb into an enclosed lion's den. She then began to dance around and taunt the lion in its den.

The shameless daredevil took to Instagram to post a video of the deed, bragging of her fearless 'accomplishment'. Needless to say, it wasn't as well received as she'd expected...

NYPD are in the midst of tracking the adrenaline junkie down to charge her for the thoughtless violation. But it doesn't end here. Apparently, this isn't Autry's first clash with the law.

In January, the infamous New Yorker spent two weeks in an Iowa jail, after refusing to cooperate with managers at aTrailways bus depot.

Needless to say, Autry's friends are concerned for her mental health, as they're worried she's gone off the rails.

Eunice Walton, mother of one of her pals, told the Post she 'didn’t think it had gone that far...I need her to get help because I’m scared for her.'

Hey Eunice, great observation.
