Nathan Fielder has officially dropped a little teaser into his upcoming HBO series, The Rehearsal - and we are more than excited! The comedian is coming back to TV with a new, but similar angle to his OG show, we know and love, Nathan For You. The Rehearsal is coming "very soon," according to Fielder. So let's dive right in, shall we?
The Canadian comedian Nathan Fielder is returning to our television screens, and we cannot wait. The comedian, actor, producer, and writer is best known for co-creating, directing, and of course, starring in the Comedy Central reality show Nathan For You. The show featured Fielder as he consulted with small businesses to help them reconstruct their businesses in unusual yet productive ways. The show ran from 2013 to 2017, and now Fielder is currently producing the HBO docuseries, How To with John Wilson, which follows similar interpersonal guidelines based in NYC.
The half-hour series, The Rehearsal, which was ordered back in 2021, follows Fielder as he does his Fielder thing yet again. The show showcases Fielder as he gives people from all walks of life the chance to rehearse important moments in their life because in the real world, there is never a guarantee that things work out as planned. So we can only imagine what situations he is getting himself and other people into with this one!

In the teaser Fielder shared, we can see the comedian watching monitors as a mother is attempting to put her baby to sleep (without any major barriers involved). In conjugation with a great crew, and hopeful and willing people who are looking for help in preparing for life's big moments, he is able to put together The Rehearsal and give people a first chance. HBO released a rather interesting series poster for the upcoming show, displaying Fielder sitting at the table with a dummy family all staring at him, looking for answers, it seems. The poster included the HBO original title with the question, "Why leave life to chance?" written at the top. And maybe he's right - why leave life to chance when you can get a rehearsal?
