Get ready for some epic laughs because Ken Jeong is heading to daytime television. The actor and comedian is currently developing a syndicated talk show. Here's everything you need to know about his upcoming project.
The television show is slated to premiere sometime in 2024. The Community alum is working with Lionsgate's Debmar-Mercury and executive producer Jim Biederman to create the currently untitled show. Biederman is also behind hit shows like The Howard Stern Radio Show, Kids in the Hall, and Join or Die with Craig Ferguson. In addition to his future daytime talk duties, Jeong is also attached as an executive producer on the project. Since 2019, Jeong has been a panelist and judge on the hit reality singing competition show The Masked Singer. He also hosts the competition show I Can See Your Voice. Is there something this man can't do?! The physician-turned-actor is about to embark on yet another grand adventure in daytime television.
Debmar-Mercury co-presidents Mort Marcus and Ira Bernstein said in a statement, "Ken is one of the handful of people in the world who has what it takes to succeed as a talk show host and we are excited to be in business with him."
