As any cat owner knows, our furry companions can be pretty demanding. After all, they are the kings and queens of our hearts, and they deserve to be treated as such. And if you own a Sphynx cat, you know that they are especially deserving of the finer things in life. TikToker Jess (@jesstok33) is the proud owner of two Sphynx cats, and one of them, in particular, is a true connoisseur of luxury. In a video posted on November 1, Jess shares her cat's extravagant lifestyle, which includes a personal fountain, a heated bed, and a daily grooming routine.
In the video, Jess' sphynx cat sits upright on a bed, legs spread wide, and his feet hanging over into a warm fire. As if the fabulous turtleneck was not enough to keep this kitty warm, Jess' cat appears to be warming his legs and toes in the fire. The whole video is even funnier, given the tummy of hairless skin gathering at his belly. Sphinxes really are magical creatures. The caption reads, 'Cost of living and all that told mum to get out the toe warmer.' One TikToker commented on the video, 'Now why'd you mess with his lil pouch like that,' in response to Jess tickling her cat's little belly as he roasts in front of the fire.
Sphynx cats, known for their striking hairlessness, are not entirely devoid of fur. They often possess a fine layer of downy hair or a coat resembling peach fuzz, lending their skin a warm and soft texture. However, the absence of a thick fur coat makes them more susceptible to cold temperatures, necessitating the use of sweaters or other protective garments; and fires to cook in front of in Jess' cat's case.

Sphynx cats are not only physically unique but also known for their affectionate and playful personalities. They thrive on human companionship and often form strong bonds with their owners. Their lack of fur makes them even more appealing to cuddle, as their skin is soft and warm to the touch. Most notably, Sphynx cats are notorious for craving the center of attention and their owner's constant adoration. No wonder they were Gods to the Egyptians.
