Can we all admit everyone has some sort of addiction to Amazon? Mainly, for those lucky ones who pay a little extra for Amazon Prime, things can get crazy. For these TikTok wives, they have undeniably addressed the general matter of over-ordering from Amazon, shamefully hiding their expenses from their hubbies. Now, these weekly orders are redefining the Sunday scaries.

A recent TikTok trend has gone viral amongst all women. It's their worst nightmare, and not to mention effective on their credit card bills. We can't help it. Amazon has everything anyone could ever need, and with one click, like magic, our package is received. Still, there is no easy way to justify why every day, or week, something new is delivered to the front door by an Amazon driver. While most of us can get past the look of judgment - or disappointment - by our loved ones, there's always the trick to working around their schedule to ensure they don't have to hear the daunting doorbell. That being said, if this is unfeasible, there are a few more tricks in the book. This one involves the drivers themselves.

So, what is the key to all our Amazon addiction problems? Some moms and wives have even gone to extreme lengths to inform Amazon drivers to hide the packages nearby the front door to ensure their husbands - or family members - won't see them. Getting the drivers in on the slight addiction is no cause for concern, right? Unfortunately, this hilarious trend is entirely relatable and pretty "problematic." We blame TikTok for these genius ideas and hacks on how to proceed with our Amazon addiction. Although, other theorists dug a little deeper in the sense that they detected sexism on our hands with the claim, "women shouldn't have to hide how they spend money from their husbands in 2022." In January 2021, a CivicScience survey reported, "70% of women say they make all or most of the household/children's purchases for their home, while just 38% of men say they do." Let's not knock this guilty pleasure we are all, well, guilty of. The convenience of Amazon Prime offers a convenient shopping alternative to busy and stay-at-home moms. While husbands complain about the packages "piling up," this is the least of their worries.

So, ladies, let's not let this continuous guilt manipulate us into letting go of something we love. Amazon is here to stay, and we will take advantage of it. Couples are a team at the end of the day, and while the 50/50 deal is still intact, that means 100% support all the time. Life is short, and we work hard to enjoy the simple things in life, so go crazy on your next order!
