Yet another reality TV show that's far too addictive has stolen our hearts once again. Netflix's new Love Is Blind is taking 'modern dating' to a whole new level and although the concept is bizarre, fans can't look away.
The idea behind the 10-part-series is pretty simple. Basically all the singles that come on to the show are, of course, looking for love. However, they want their significant others to love them for 'who they are, rather than what they look like.' So, the contestants start by speaking to potential partners, but they don't see each other until they're ready to get married.

The synopsis of the show says: "In the Netflix series Love is Blind, singles who want to be loved for who they are, rather than what they look like, have signed up for a less conventional approach to modern dating where they hope to meet the person they want to spend the rest of their lives with... Without ever having seen them.
"With no distractions from the outside world, the singles talk to a stream of potential love interests and when a meaningful connection is made, they propose and then lay their eyes on their fiancé for the first time."

"Engaged and back in the real world, as the couples plan their wedding day, they will quickly discover whether they can turn their emotional connection into a physical one before the fast-approaching ceremony. Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, this addictive 10-part series will uncover whether looks or age do matter, or if love really is blind."

Since the show came out, fans have been addicted and unable to look away. One viewer tweeted: "These people on Love is Blind just said I love you to each other through a pod AND I AM LOSING IT THIS SHOW IS CHAOS." Well, that sounds like just about every other reality TV show ever made.
