Get ready to laugh because Theo Von is finally back on our screens with another stand-up special: Regular People is now streaming on Netflix. From what jokes to expect to fan reviews, here's everything you need to know before you get that popcorn out and start LOLing.
The streaming giant announced back on October 7th that the comedian's latest project, Regular People, would hit the site in just a matter of weeks. Needless to say, we've been counting down the hours to get a peek into Von's stand-up special return. The funny guy hasn't released a full one since 2016 when No Offense hit Netflix. So, what can we expect from the roughly one-hour show?

It looks like we'll be learning a lot more about Theo's childhood. The 41-year-old promises hilarious anecdotes about his Louisiana upbringing, including stories about hometown friends, his family, and that time he played matchmaker. As the Netflix description puts it, Von "holds court" with some "wild tales about 'regular people.'"
The newly-released teaser shows a glimpse of the content. "My father was 70 when I was born," the popular podcaster shared. "He was born in 1910, which is kinda crazy, man. Dude, my grandfather was born in 1880. We didn't have any pictures of him." And that's when Theo's sense of humor starts to shine. "We had a description of my grandfather framed on the wall," he continued.
The This Past Weekend host added, "Somebody wrote down what he looked like, and mom framed it. And I'd go up by it and be like, 'Just like him. I look just like him. I get it when mom dies, okay?'" And it looks like fans are loving what Von brought to the stage. "I loved this special and was howling laughing (much like the audience) the entire time," said one viewer.
Still, others didn't find the material as LOL-worthy. "I'm a big fan of Theo on podcasts but... I didn't laugh at all while watching the special," wrote another fan.
