It's safe to say that we've entered a whole new Taylor Swift era. The 31-year-old singer's name can be found across Spotify, billboards, and social media because of her latest release of Red (Taylor's Version). But that's not all - the famous performer is also making waves for her SNL sketch appearance.

Taylor proved that she can deliver laughs just as well as she can deliver love songs on Saturday's episode of SNL. She joined comedy legend Pete Davidson, for a LOL-worthy roast of new writing crew members. The sketch started off with Davidson hitting the stage to praise the newbies, Ben Marshall, John Higgins, and Martin Herlihy, saying "how we're all like best friends and how we're like boys."

But things took a turn when Pete switched gears and started rapping about the "Three Sad Virgins." "Another day in the life of Pete, just sitting in a courtside seat," The King of Staten Island star rapped to the laughing audience. "People want to take my picture with selfie sticks; it winds up on Page Six."

Davidson continued, It's never-ending. Every day, I'm trending. People want to see the texts that I'm sending. All my friends are cool and famous - except these three sad virgins." And while the audience couldn't get enough of the comedic roast, Pete felt it could be picked up a notch with the help of a special guest.

And before we knew it, the Grammy Award-winning artist was on-stage helping roast the new SNL writers. One by one, Taylor serenaded Ben, Martin, and John with a roast, finishing it off with, "None of them have the guts to take their shirts off in front of a girl." Why, you may ask? "Because they're three sad virgins," Pete and Taylor sang in harmony to wrap up the skit.
