We might be used to watching her roam the halls of Riverdale High, but Lili Reinhart's latest adventure is about to have her saying bye to her time behind the desk. Here's what we know about the Riverdale star's upcoming romantic comedy, set to hit our Netflix screens in only a matter of time.
As for what to expect, exactly? Titled, Plus/Minus, the upcoming film will have "Natasha" (Lili Reinhart) take us on one whirlwind of a ride as her college graduation looms closer and closer. No, really - expect lots of twists and turns as the comedy switches off between 2 different parallel realities: the first, where the grad student falls pregnant and juggles life as a young mom in Texas. And the other, where Natasha sets off for Los Angeles to pursue a promising career.
And while we can't quite tell you what happens next, expect a coming-of-age journey like never before. "The contrary paths lead the 20something Natalie to experience life-changing love, devastating heartbreak and rediscover herself," as Variety revealed. Are you as excited as we are? According to reports, though, that's not where the fun ends...
As Variety further announced, expect to see lots of other familiar faces in the upcoming adventure. From Aisha Dee (The Bold Type) to David Corenswet (The Politician), the star-studded comedy is bound to keep viewers (us included) glued to the screen. Not to mention, Legally Blonde's Luke Wilson is also rumored to be joining the impressive cast. Might he play Lili's new love interest? Consider us intrigued...
Unfortunately, we might be waiting quite some time before we get any answers. While production has already begun on the Netflix comedy, we still have yet to be given an official release date. Nonetheless, from the intriguing plot to the impressive roster of cast members, we've got a feeling it'll be well worth the wait.
