Kelsey Grammer has dropped some serious hints regarding the highly anticipated Frasier reboot - and we're all ears! The actor who played Frasier from 1993 to 2004 gave audiences a little sneak peek at what they can expect once the series hits Paramount+ in an appearance on The Talk.

Revolving around the titular character, Frasier follows Psychiatrist Dr. Frasier Crane, who moves to Seattle where he lands the spot of a radio psychiatrist and eventually gains a huge following. The show was a massive hit in the '90s and early 2000s but was ultimately canceled after 11 seasons due to high production costs. So now that it's the year 2022, the cast is open and ready to pick up where they left off! So let's take a look at what Grammer has released thus far regarding the reboot.

In an episode of The Talk, the actor confirmed that they're "in the final stages of the final script for the first episode of the Frasier reboot, and it looks pretty good," he said. "I've had a couple of runs through it, and I cried. So, you know, I'm happy." That's what we like to hear! Grammar also credits his return as Frasier to the revival's upcoming success, saying, "The key ingredient for the Frasier reboot is actually Frasier, honestly. It was always called [Frasier], so it's me, the key is me."

The actor confirmed in an interview on WNBC New York in July 2021 that Frasier is living somewhere new and is "rich beyond his dreams." He added, "He thinks he's gonna go off and do one thing, and sure enough, his life takes him in another direction." So we are definitely curious to see where he landed up! Regarding shooting, Grammer revealed "there were some conversations about October, maybe a little later," but ultimately, he doesn't know quite yet. "There are a couple of other things coming up. We've developed a couple of other projects that look like they're going to shoot first," he added. We wonder what those other projects could entail?! In the meantime, we'll be waiting for one of our favorite casts to return to television, so stay tuned for any Frasier updates as we get them!
