Many of us know about the interesting and captivating yet nearly nauseating segment on The Late Late Show, 'Spill Your Guts.' For those who don't - it's a chance for celebrities to either answer embarrassingly in-depth questions about their life or eat something absolutely gross instead.

Pig blood and a boiled fertilized egg dish were just some of the weird alternatives to answering personal questions. "Wow, it all looks so terrible," Jimmy Kimmel exclaimed when he was shown his options. And Corden agreed, "It's really disgusting. It's horrific." But, these things began to catch some negative attention.

In early June, a TikToker made a video that pointed out some potentially insensitive food options, and it went viral. After countless icky items such as a thousand-year-old egg were offered, Corden appeared on The Howard Stern Show on June 16th to speak about some controversial issues that are swarming about his segment.

The TikTok creator was Kim Saira, and they certainly didn't hold back from blasting Corden's menu away. In fact, the young adult even launched a Change.org petition that called for the show's segment to be removed from the air due to insensitive portrayals of cultural dishes. In addition, Corden was to apologize formally.

The petition has since grown to include over 45,800 signatures! So, James replied directly to the source. "The next time we do that bit we absolutely won't involve or use any of those foods...As you said at the start, our show is a show about joy and light and love, we don't want to make a show to upset anybody," he declared.

With Corden changing the 'Spill Your Guts' menu to include more unhealthy food such as a pizza topped with cheeseburgers, many viewers wonder if celebrities will be more or less likely to answer his prodding questions. Nevertheless, the response from the comic was thankfully enough to make some fans happy...

But, even with as many fond onlookers as Corden has, the Change.org petition is still gaining signatures every day. So, will the segment simply switch menus, or will the time come to clear the table for good? We guess we'll just have to keep watching to find out!
