Nine-nine! You'd better get planning, because another Halloween heist is officially headed our way. Brooklyn Nine-Nine just released an official teaser for their upcoming - and final - season. Have a look for yourself and get ready for a bumpy ride (title of your... we'll let you finish that one).
With the eighth season right around the corner, NBC just took to Instagram to share an exclusive first look at the comedy series. "Are you ready for this blaze of glory?" the streaming giant teased. Yes, you can bet we are. And we're not the only ones.
Shortly after sharing the long-awaited teaser, Brooklyn's finest took to their own feeds to do the exact same. "Nine Niners. When I first saw this I cried a little," Melissa Fumero (a.k.a Amy Santiago) teased, alongside the official poster. Honestly, same. But we've got a feeling that what Terry Crews had to say for himself will put a smile on your face.
"Yup. The last one, y’all," the funny guy wrote as he re-shared the same poster, alongside a clip of something we never expected to see: Scully completing a puzzle - at lightning speed, mind you. Yes, really. We wonder what snack he was promised upon completion...
All jokes aside, we'd be lying if we said we aren't feeling at least a little bittersweet about the comedy's final installment. After over 7 years watching them take the bad guys off the streets (or at least try to), Captain Holt and his squad have taken us on one whirlwind of a ride. Lucky for us, though, the journey continues...
Well, sort of. In case you forgot, the masterminds behind Brooklyn Nine-Nine have another adventure headed our way: Grand Crew. The upcoming comedy series, created by B99's producers, will follow a group of close friends juggling "the ups and downs of life and love at a wine bar," as NBC teased. Oh, and did we mention Trudy Judy (actress Nicole Byer) will be making an appearance? Noice!
Stay tuned.
