Get ready to put your sleuthing skills to the test, because another mystery is finally headed our way. That's right. Adam Sandler's Murder Mystery is officially landing a sequel. Here's what to know about the upcoming installment of the hit Netflix comedy.
According to Deadline, the Netflix gods have answered all our prayers and have officially signed on to produce a Murder Mystery sequel. And with Hollywood legend Jeremy Garelick set to direct? We've got a feeling we're in for a real treat here. Not only is the A-list director the mastermind behind gems like The Break-Up and The Wedding Ringer, but he'll also be helping with the script for this future project.
As for what to expect - aside from a whole lot of laughs and "whodunit"s? While the project is still in the early stages of production, both Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are allegedly set to return to the big screen in the upcoming comedy. Will they still be traveling across the world aboard the Orient Express? We guess we'll have to wait and find out.
In case you forgot, Murder Mystery saw Sandler and Aniston as a happy couple vacationing aboard a dreamy yacht. That is, until they became framed for the murder of another passenger, an elderly rich guy.
