Love is officially in the air for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds: the A-list couple just rang in a major milestone in their relationship. And what better way to pay tribute than to go back to the place it all started? Here's how the lovebirds celebrated their latest anniversary (and then trolled each other online, of course)...
On Saturday, July 31, Lively and Reynolds celebrated the 10th anniversary of their very first date at a very special place: "O Ya." No, we're not talking about the fact that the Japanese eatery is dubbed one "of the best sushi restaurants in the world," by The Travel. We're talking about the fact that it's also the start of our couple's love story.
That’s right. “If it weren’t for this place. We wouldn’t be together. No joke,” Blake gushed on the ‘gram of their sentimental dinner venue – the very same restaurant they shared their first date years earlier. “No restaurant means more to us.” Sure enough, ten years, one family, and endless roasts later, the two are still going steady…
But Lively wasn't the only one caught up in her feelings over the weekend. "Our favorite restaurant with her 4th favorite date," Reynolds soon shared with his followers of their dinner date. How sweet. Though we can't help but wonder who Lively's other 3 suitors were... Perhaps we'll never know. What we do know, though, is that none of them could ever measure up to the King of Trolling...
Yep. One quick scroll at Reynolds' Instagram feed, and it's clear this isn't the first time the funny guy decided to have a laugh at his wife's expense. In fact, this past Valentine's Day, Lively's husband decided to profess his love for his Mrs. in the most romantic way possible (psst, above). But while we can't say what the foreseeable future has in store for these two, we've got a feeling there's lots more laughs headed our way.
