In case you missed it, the I Like It singer made headlines recently for fangirling over actor Penn Badgley. Cardi freaked out after learning that the Gossip Girl star is a fan of hers and made it clear the love goes both ways: Cardi is a huge stan of Penn and Netflix's You. The two Hollywood icons had a hilarious Twitter exchange that had the online world in the best kind of shock. And just when we thought things couldn't get any better, Badgley sent his new friend a special gift.

The latest development in their blossoming connection? Penn sent his best bud some personalized merch from the hit Netflix series. And in a very on-brand move, Cardi captioned the photo of her gift, "How Joe found my new house address ?" followed by worried emojis. Yeah, we'd be concerned, too, Cardi. That's right - the Hello, You hat (scroll to see it) wasn't actually from Badgley; it was from Mr. Goldberg, AKA creepy stalker killer himself. And it came with quite the love letter for the Grammy-winning artist.

"My stalking and killing may make me a certified freak, seven days a week," the note hilariously begins, with a clever reference to Cardi's hit song WAP. It continues, "But it also brought me to... you. Cardi B, you have a way with social media. You're meaningful. Substantive. I just like you. You're authentic and nuanced... just as you are with your music. You keep me on my toes, the ones that are left, at least. You can't be caged, and it's refreshing."

"Can't wait to see you slaying in this hat, but I certainly hope you don't disappear," the letter concludes, before signing off, "Au Revoir, Joe Goldberg," a reference to the Season 3 finale - we won't give any more spoilers although that one seems pretty obvious. Now the only thing we're left to wonder is this: will Cardi make a cameo in You Season 4?
