A little over a week ago, fans everywhere were left in utter panic after Hollywood actor, Tom Hanks revealed that he and his wife, Rita Wilson had been struck with the Coronavirus. Luckily, he's just given us a much-needed update...

On March 17th, Hanks took to Twitter to reveal how he and Wilson have been doing: "Hey folks. Good News: One week after testing Positive, in self-isolation, the symptoms are much the same. No fever but the blahs."

Of course, like typical Hanks nature, he made sure to include some of that infamous, beloved humor of his into the post.

"Bad news: My wife has won 6 straight hands of Gin Rummy and leads by 201 points. But I have learned not to spread my Vegemite so thick," he continued.

This bit of good news comes right after their son, Chet took to the 'gram to share his own update on his A-list parents:  “I just got off the phone with them. They are both fine. They’re not even that sick. They’re not worried about it, they’re not trippin’."

Thankfully, it appears that the two will indeed get through these trying times together. Until then, be sure to stay tuned for all of the latest updates.
