Teller's grandmother even defended her grandson when users replied to her tweet, questioning if Teller would really be the right person for the role. People questioned how Teller would be perfect for the role as an American actor when a British actor typically plays Bond. She cleverly responded, "And lots of Europeans have played Americans.
