In a recent episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kevin Hart got real about what it was like to welcome his fourth baby girl, Kaori Mai, and how he feels about having more kids in the future. Here are all of the hilarious details.
Before we get into the nitty-gritty of why Kevin doesn't plan on having more kids anytime soon, we need to highlight the comedian's (sweet?) nickname for his 7-month old baby, Kaori. "I call her Aspen, Lil Aspen Head. Because her head looks like a ski slope, so I call her Lil Aspen," Hart shared. Now that it's been said on national TV, we have a feeling this nickname will be sticking around for a while.
Kevin later joked to Ellen that he felt "jaded" after being in the delivery room for the fourth time. Thinking back to Kaori's birthday, the comedic icon hilariously imitated his reaction to meeting the newborn. "It's a baby girl? Cool, where she at? Let me see her. Alright, there she goes. Can we wrap her up? Do we leave today? How long do we - what do we have to do?" Hart joked.
"Honey, what do your legs feel like? You walking or no?" Kevin added. "If you walking, we can get out of here today." We don't blame the guy for being a bit more relaxed - he's got quite the resume when it comes to being a father. The Man From Toronto star is also dad to Heaven (16), Hendrix (13), and Kenzo Kash (3).
"At this point, all of the panic that goes into it is gone. I've been there, I've done it, I've seen it," Hart shared. And apparently, he puts his acting skills to work in the delivery room, too. "You gotta be careful to not be too relaxed cause it ... can come off weird to some of the people in the room, like some of the nurses and doctors around." So does the experienced father-of-four have plans to welcome any more babies?
"You know, if I could, Ellen, I would throw these balls in the trash. I don't want them. I don't want no more babies. It's not up to me. I'd take these balls and throw them on the roof if I could," Kevin joked. "The house is getting louder. It's very active. I don't need any more activity in my house." But Hart left no room for imagination regarding who the real decision-maker is on that topic: his wife, Eniko Hart. Whatever the proud mama decides, we just hope all these kids turn out as funny as their father.
