The first thing the Dutchess of Cambridge does when she wakes up each morning is make a smoothie, usually with spirulina, kale, matcha, spinach, remain, cilantro, and blueberries. Clearly, she's a big fan of being clean and green. The Dutchess enjoys a salad or some sort of fish dish for lunch, and might we add she loves ceviche.
For dinner, Kate takes matters into her own hands and makes a wholesome steaming hot meal for her entire family to enjoy. She often resorts to roast chicken, as she said that's William's favorite. She also has mastered her own curry recipe, which she enjoys not only for the taste but also because it's known for speeding up your metabolism.
"William has to put up with my cooking most of the time," Middleton revealed. While we're pretty convinced that this royal icon doubles as a chef, her husband joked, "It's the reason I'm so skinny," referring to her cooking.
