Kate Beckinsale is back at it again: the hilarious star just tricked her daughter, Lily, into believing she would publicly post an NSFW picture for her 5 million followers to see on Instagram. Here is what went down.
The Vacancy star saw a perfect opportunity to prank Lily after stumbling across Madonna's viral image where she was wearing black tights and black heels... with her backside in full view. Beckinsale decided to pretend the image was of her because Madonna's face wasn't in the shot.

What happened next? The actress posted a screenshot of her messages with her 22-year-old daughter: "Do you think it's too much that I posted this?" Kate joked. "Apparently, Lily totally fell for the joke and believed that the woman in the pic was actually her mom! She responded, "I do think it's a little much, but it's also very arty." Later on, after learning the truth, Lily admitted she was actually concerned. "I'm so relieved. I legit sat down to deal w that. My coworker came up and asked if I was on break," she hilariously confessed.
Thankfully, the 48-year old actress didn't let her daughter freak out for too long. She answered her messages revealing it wasn't actually her bottom on full display. "I can't believe you can't recognize your own mother's anus from under the bed," Beckinsale teased. Maybe Lily was so nervous she didn't fully take the time to notice it was really Madonna. Lily even confessed that she wouldn't be ashamed if the image was actually posted - she just would have felt worried for her famous mom.
The comments left by fans and other celebs were just as hilarious as the prank itself! The Cruel Intentions actress Selma Blair pointed out, "I could tell that wasn't you. Also @lily_sheen is very open-minded. Madonna is very open as well, I see." LOL. One fan also commented, "'But its also very arty' oh bless her [Lily] she was trying so hard to be nice." Seems like this reaction caught Beckinsale's attention because she pinned it. Let's hope she has more pranks up her sleeve.
