Many of our favorite celebrities shared heartfelt birthday tributes to actor Paul Rudd on April 6th, and Jennifer Aniston's post definitely stood out among the others. For starters, she pointed out the obvious; Rudd seemingly does not age! He may be 52-years-old, but he doesn't look much different from when he appeared on Friends with Aniston back in the 90s.

Happy birthday #PaulRudd," Aniston wrote on her Instagram story, along with multiple pictures of the two actors over the years. "You don't age, which is weird - but we celebrate you anyway." She also shared a blooper from the 2012 film Wanderlust, one of the many productions they worked on together. Jennifer and Paul also co-starred in The Object of My Affection in 1998.

Countless other stars wished Rudd a happy birthday on social media, including Mark Ruffalo, Elizabeth Banks, and more. "Happy birthday to my favorite on-screen boyfriend/brother (it's not weird)," Banks wrote on Twitter, reflecting on their roles in Wet Hot American Summer, Role Models, and Our Idiot Brother. And, of course, the day wouldn't be complete without a throwback tribute from Jimmy Fallon.

Evidently, Rudd's quite the popular guy in Hollywood, and he has some exciting projects in the works as we speak. He'll be starring alongside Bill Murray in the 2021 comedy, Ghostbusters: Afterlife. It stems from the iconic film saga, which began in the 80s but features a brand new plot. The movie focuses on a single mother and her two kids who move into a new home, only to discover they have a connection to the original Ghostbusters. Paul plays a local teacher, Mr. Grooberson, who's been keeping track of the mysterious phenomena. He befriends the family to help them connect their current life and the events from three decades ago.

While the trailer for Ghostbusters: Afterlife was released over a year ago, the film won't premiere until later on in 2021. So, it looks like Paul Rudd has a lot to celebrate these days, from his birthday to his future projects, and we can't wait to see what's next!
