It's almost a parent's job to embarrass their children a little, right? We've all been there. Even celebrity parents take their job embarrassing their children quite seriously. Without even trying! Actress and boss lady Gwyneth Paltrow jumped on the embarrass-your-children-train and "traumatized" her children with a photo they found on their mom's lock screen! LOL!
Gwyneth Paltrow shared the hilarious incident with her followers in a recent Goop newsletter. Goop is a lifestyle and wellness brand founded by Gwyneth Paltrow in 2008, which started as a weekly e-mail newsletter and has developed into a culmination of all things health and wellness, travel, beauty, fashion, and personal stories and tidbits from the founder herself. So when Paltrow shared the hilarious lock-screen incident with her followers via newsletter, we were dying to see the photo behind the screen!
"My lock screen was a picture of Brad [Falchuk] without his shirt on," Gwyneth shared with her Goop subscribers. "And my kids were so traumatized that they picked up the phone and took this selfie," she laughed. Classic kid move! Paltrow's children, Apple, 17, and Moses, 16, immediately grabbed the phone and replaced the photo of their step-father with a selfie of the two of them instead. Truthfully, we probably would do the same thing! Apple and Moses are from the actress's first marriage to Coldplay singer Chris Martin. The two were married for thirteen years, and Paltrow and writer Brad Falchuk married in 2018. Both Apple and Moses have followed in their parent's footsteps, joining the entertainment biz as actors and musicians. Gwyneth Paltrow is also stepmom to Falchuk's children, son Brody, and daughter Isabella.
Despite the embarrassing family moment, Paltrow shared that her family regularly takes an interest in Goop's latest endeavors. "I care so much, so therefore they care so much. It's a nice family effort," she said. "I mean, there's certain things I don't bring home to the whole family." We would do a whole lot to get a seat at the Paltrow/Falchuk family table.... and get a sneak peek at Paltrow's old lock screen.
