First up, we have Kim Kardashian and her longtime BFF, Jonathan Cheban. And while Cheban may be paying homage to just about any 1970s celebrity, we'd recognize Kim's sleek middle part and yellow ensemble any day. These two Los Angeles A-listers chose to go full-on seventies for Halloween in 2017. They dressed up as Cher and Sonny from the 1973 Oscars ceremony. The following celebs to take their love of pop culture to the next level on October 31st were none other than Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka. These two dads have instilled a love of Halloween in their adorable family of four and have rocked some pretty hilarious costumes over the years. But their 2019 impersonation of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen took it to a whole other level. It was difficult to even recognize them on this spooky red carpet! And of course, how could we forget Aquaman's Jason Momoa, who went full Hound Dog during his 2019 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show!
