Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are at it again. The release of her hubby's latest film, Free Guy, gave the actress (another) reason to troll him. Safe to say, we're totally here for it. Here are all of the hilarious details.
It's a big year for Ryan Reynolds. The actor is starring in a Christmas comedy with the one-and-only Will Ferrell, and he's set to act in The Rock's new comedy, Red Notice. But right now, all eyes are on him for Free Guy, the newly-released comedic action film that's got everyone talking. Reynold's movie hit theaters this past August 12, 2021.

Before we get into the nitty-gritty of Blake Lively's trolling, let's take a quick look at the new film. According to 20th Century Studios, the movie centers around a bank teller (Ryan Reynolds) who "discovers he is actually a background player in an open-world video game, decides to become the hero of his own story." The twist?
The originally non-playing character played by Ryan decides to rewrite the game's whole premise - and make himself the hero. "Now in a world where there are no limits, he is determined to be the guy who saves his world his way... before it is too late," reads the 20th Century Studios description. Intrigued yet? The movie is directed by Shawn Levy, and Reynolds was also a producer on the project.
And while the movie is certainly one of this year's most anticipated comedy films, Blake Lively temporarily stole her husband's thunder with some LOL-worthy trolling. The 33-year-old took to the Gram with a series of hilarious stories. Our favorite one? The starlet celebrated Free Guy's addition to Rotten Tomatoes' list of best action comedies - and pointed out the site used a shot of Ryan Gosling as the cover photo.
"This photo is very confusing to all the people who can't tell Canadian Ryans apart," Blake wrote on her Insta story. "Not that they're wrong," she then said alongside a picture of her husband looking very similar to Gosling. "2021's blue dress or gold dress?'" Lively added. We have to say, Mrs. Lively certainly has a point...
