Sure, we watched her juggle a single life (well, at least attempt to) back in 2015. But now that the Trainwreck star is married with a little one of her own? What now? What has the funny lady been up to ever since leaving our screens to tackle her latest chapter?

Lucky for us, it appears we've just got our answers... well, some of them at least. On Friday, April 23, the comedian sat down in Ellen's hot seat to give us a glimpse at her life as a married mom. And you can bet her time on the Ellen DeGeneres Show was nothing short of entertaining.

For starters, Schumer's son might only be pushing 2-years-old, but he's already following in his momma's footsteps. "He has like comedian confidence," the actress gushed to guest-host Ashley Graham of her little guy. But don't think Gene David's already belting out one-liners or "knock-knock" jokes: "He talks in full sentences... he's motioning to things, but he's not saying any [real] words."

"Everybody says this, but it gets more and more fun," she gushed of raising her very own child. But does Schumer ever plan on doubling that fun by giving Gene a sibling in the near (or not so near) future? It appears baby #2 might just be on the way, after all. "Oh God, I hope so," Schumer hinted of expanding her family soon.

But don't get too excited just yet. "We're trying to figure it out," she explained. "I mean, you know, it's like there's nothing better." As for when the Schumer-Fischer clan might become a family of four? We guess we'll have to wait and find out...

Until then, we'll happily keep up with her mini-me while little Gene continues to give his comedian mother a run for her money. Might he follow in mom's footsteps and find his way to the stand-up stage sometime down the line? It's certainly looking that way.

We'd stay tuned...
