| LAST UPDATE 06/06/2021
Move over literally everyone else on TikTok because our favorite teen comedy star has officially entered the chat. That's right - Clueless's Alicia Silverstone joined the video-sharing platform with a bang. Here are all of the hilarious (and nostalgic) details.
If you need a refresher on the 1995 masterpiece Clueless, we got you: the movie follows Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone), a popular and wealthy Beverly Hills teen. We see Cher learn some serious - and some hysterical - life lessons as she befriends a new student, navigates the world of high school, and falls in love with her former stepbrother.

The cult classic is known for countless iconic lines. And lucky for all of us die-hard fans, the film's star just gave us a little throwback to one of our favorite scenes as she joined TikTok. Remember that part when Cher is walking down her high school campus, complaining about adolescent boys right before getting hugged by one? "Ew! Get off of me!" Horowitz screams before adding, "As if!"
Alicia gave the memorable moment a little twist for her TikTok debut. Wearing a similar blazer to the one originally worn in the scene, the actress shrugged away her 10-year-old son before saying the line. But in an adorable turn of events, Silverstone quickly pulled him back in for a sweet hug. It looks like Cher is all grown up! It's just too bad she and Josh didn't work out.

The 90s icon previously revealed that this beloved scene almost looked quite different. Most of us can agree that it wasn't just the jokes but also the fashion that made this movie a hit, with Cher's yellow plaid suit inspiring Halloween costumes for generations to come. But bright yellow wasn't the only aesthetic considered for this scene!
"There were three options for this opening scene: a blue version, a red version, and a yellow version," Silverstone explained. "Amy and Mona chose the yellow one because they felt it was the most appropriate for the scene." As for what inspired the look? "It's a nod to a schoolgirl uniform, but in an elevated, chic, very high-fashion way," Alicia said. "And it's so absurd. Immediately you're transformed, and you know the world that you're in because that's not how kids dress to go to school." You'll be happy to know we'll soon be seeing a lot more of our favorite former schoolgirl: the now 44-year-old is returning to our screens for an upcoming high school comedy!
