'The Rock' Reveals Update On Star Studded Movie 'Red Notice'

Back in the summer, Netflix made headlines after locking in a very hefty movie deal. Red Notice, the film in question, was granted a production budget of around $130 million, landing some of the biggest names in Hollywood to star in the project.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds were only some of the A-listers set to make a debut. So of course, when 'The Rock' took to his 'gram to share updates on the flick, fans everywhere were left buzzing. Worry not, we're here to fill you in...

This morning, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson revealed that they've officially begun filming for the Netflix action-thriller. 'In the world of international crime, an Interpol issued RED NOTICE is a global alert to hunt down and capture the worlds most wanted,' he teased about the movie plot.

Directed by Rawson Thurber, who's previously worked with Johnson on films like Central Intelligence, Red Notice proves 'the ambition of Netflix to become one of the biggest movie studios in the world,' as 'The Rock' himself put it.

But perhaps the most interesting part about it all, is, as Johnson said, 'the fun the worldwide audience will have watching it in 190+ countries - all at the same moment.'

So, when can you expect the promising Netflix feature? The studio has dropped a November 13th release date, and November officially can't come any sooner...
