Forget the melted ice-cream cakes and flimsy balloons, because this dad has just given our birthday parties a run for their money. That is, unless the sound of a massive ball-pit being brought to your very own living room doesn't sound amazing, in which case, well, don't be a party pooper.

"I thought, 'What can I do to make her birthday/half-term fun? How can you make home more fun?'" Phil Smith told LADbible of the moment he knew what he'd be getting his little girl, Sienna, this time around: a Jenga and some books – nestled under 26,000 balls, that is.

And so, after turning to a friend, who conveniently happens to own Ball Mania Manchester, our devoted dad "Ordered 26,000 and couldn't get them through the door." So, what'd he do? "Shovel them in saucepans and all sorts into the house."

But there's a whole lot more where that came from. In fact, "I've still got two bags in my garage that I can't put in the house, otherwise they would be to the ceiling," as Smith explained. Well, just putting it out there, we'd be more than happy to take them off of your shoulders, Phil.

Oh, and did we mention that our 5-year-old has yet to uncover the treasures waiting for her under those 26,000 rainbow balls? "She's not found them, and I can't find them either!" Phil joked.

Well, while we may be only a little offended that we didn't land an invite to this colorful celebration, we've got some good news: For about $338, this ball pit can be yours. Though we can't promise your roommates will be as thrilled as we are. Take what you want with that.
