Pack your bags, folks, because it looks like we'll be heading to Russia, after all. Matt and Ross Duffer, the masterminds behind Hawkins' famous middle-schoolers, have just confirmed what we've all been hoping for: Stranger Things will be making its way to our screens for a fourth - and not final - season.
Here's what we know so far...
This past week, the Stranger Things creators sat down with Hollywood Reporter to give us everything we need to know about our favorite Netflix binge. For starters, "season four won't be the end." So, what exactly can we expect?

"We're looking for a way to introduce new villains and new characters and new flavor into the show," explained Matt Duffer. Remember Alexei? We'll be seeing a whole lot more where that came from.

So, now that we know who we'll be meeting when the next season comes rolling around, I guess the only question now is, well, when? Unfortunately, we've got some good news and bad news, folks.

Why don't we start with the good news? "For the first time, we have all the scripts written, and we're able to look at it as a whole piece and make adjustments," Duffer revealed. In other words, season four's adventure is ready to go. As for the bad news? We're going to have to wait a while before we can tag along for the ride...

Production in Atlanta had only barely begun before it was shut down due to the pandemic. While filming is set to resume next month, "the priority is the safety of the cast and crew, and that will dictate when they [ultimately] go back" to work, as Duffer put it. Until then?
I'd stay tuned if I were you.
