Today’s “4:20 Video of the Day” features Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice giving a public service announcement in their television show “Kenny vs. Spenny.” The concept of the show is to see who can smoke marijuana, and fortunately for us, Kenny is high as a kite while singing his marijuana song.
