If we’ve said it once, we’ve said it a thousand times: If you’re going to videotape yourself working out so that you can show off your muscles, make sure that you can actually lift the amount of weight you are planning to lift. Otherwise, you’ll have to cry out for your Mom to come down to the basement and save you before you kill yourself. And that’s just embarrassing. Maybe next time you should try more of a hot chick workout.
