We never thought that a video montage of the activities of a small town city council could be entertaining, but that was before we came across this video featuring the brilliance of the citizens of Santa Cruz, California. This video features what a typical Santa Cruz City Council hearing is like, which it turns out involves a bunch of Santa Cruz citizens including – ditzy women, wannabe thespians, and inappropriately angry screamers – making presentations to the City Council about issues facing the town. With this cast of eccentric characters, we’re surprised the guy who had been arrested 1,000 times didn’t show up at a meeting.
