We have no idea what this video is exactly, but here’s what we think is going on – there’s some Japanese people trying to learn English phrases and one of the key phrases they feel the need to learn is “I have a bad case of diarrhea.” As if that’s not strange enough, their method for learning this phrase involves having some women in leotards exercising while singing a song about having diarrhea.
